Ticket Categories
The conference, taking place between May 18–20, 2026, consists of three thematic days:
- The Monday program focuses on modern data platforms and Data Engineering.
- On Tuesday, Data Science, ML, and AI topics will be in the spotlight.
- The online day on Wednesday will cover both areas.
In line with this structure, we offer three types of hybrid tickets:
- All-Inclusive ticket: In-person attendance on Monday and Tuesday, online attendance on Wednesday
- Data hybrid ticket: In-person attendance on Monday, online attendance on Wednesday
- AI+ML hybrid ticket: In-person attendance on Tuesday, online attendance on Wednesday
For Monday and Tuesday, there is an option to participate remotely by purchasing an Online ticket, while Wednesday is available exclusively in an online format for all participants:
- All-Inclusive online ticket: Online attendance on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
- Data online ticket: Online attendance on Monday and Wednesday
- AI+ML online ticket: Online attendance on Tuesday and Wednesday

The participation fee for the in-person conference days includes lunch and coffee breaks, which will appear on the invoice as a separate item in the form of a mediated catering service. Prices do not include 27% VAT.
Discounts
Multiple types of discounts are available when purchasing tickets; however, these cannot be combined. For example, only one of the time-based or group discounts may be applied.
Time-Based Discounts
- Kick-Off: the coupon provides a 35% discount compared to standard prices in limited quantities but valid until February 1 at the latest.
- Winter Bird: the coupon provides a 30% discount compared to standard prices, valid until March 1.
- Early Bird: the coupon provides a 15% discount compared to standard prices, valid until March 31.
*After the expiration of the time-based discounts: tickets can be purchased at standard prices in April, while in May—during the last two weeks before the conference—tickets will be available at the higher Late Bird prices.
Group Discounts
- Standard Group Discount: Companies registering at least 4 participants receive a 20% discount on Standard ticket prices for all attendees.
- Large Group Discount: Companies registering at least 8 participants can request a custom offer.
Group discounts are valid until April 30, 2026. For group registration, please contact us before purchasing tickets via our contact page.
*Group discounts cannot be combined with time-based discounts.
Discount for Individual Attendees
Individual attendees can benefit from a discount on standard conference prices. For details (including the coupon code), please contact us before purchasing your ticket via our contact page!
Modification and Other Terms
Ticket changes and cancellations
If changes in circumstances or other reasons make it necessary, we offer the possibility to modify purchased conference tickets (e.g. switching to a hybrid or online ticket) or to cancel them until April 20, 2026. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cancellations after this date; however, the right of participation may be transferred within the same company. If you wish to modify or transfer your ticket, please notify us via our contact details.
