Supporting business with Data and Analytics on Group level has its own specific challenges. The complexity of the organization, business processes and technology need to be handled when supporting the value creation through data and analytics.
Nowadays companies are collecting more and more data and business gets the impulse from everywhere that data science can transform their operation and boost the business. But more is needed to make it happen. Large organizations are facing with the issue that the business need is growing faster than the analytical insights / results.
In this presentation some challenges of MOL Group’s Enterprise Data & Analytics Team will be shared with our way to address these challenges with the main goal of driving business with our data asset via advanced analytics.
Imre Szücs is an analytical professional with more than 20 years’ experience in Data Science and Machine Learning. Imre has set up and led analytical teams and supported Digital Transformation programs at companies like Telenor, Bauer Media Group, 4iG and MOL Group. He is also active in the StartUp area. At MOL Group Imre is responsible for the Group level Data and Analytics strategy, initiatives and programs. He really enjoy exploring and introducing innovative technologies, setting up and coaching teams to support and drive business with high impact.
