Sharing Data with Sponsors and Exhibitors
Participant contact details (name, company, job title, email) may be shared with conference sponsors under the following conditions:

  • If the participant explicitly consents during registration, or
  • If the participant takes part in activities (e.g., raffles, games) organized by the conference organizers, sponsors, or exhibitors.

Data Processing Related to Public Events

Scope of Processed Data
Information provided by the participants during the application for the open evening (name, company name, position, e-mail address, interests).

Purpose of Data Processing
Providing information and administration related to event participation.

The processing is based on contractual obligations.

Data Retention Period
Until the conclusion of public events, including post-event evaluations and administrative closure.

Sharing Data with Sponsors
Participant contact details (name, company, job title, email, interest,) may be shared with conference sponsors, exhibitors, and/or recruitment partners under the following conditions:

  • If the participant explicitly consents during registration, or
  • If the participant participates in raffles or other activities organized by the conference organizers, sponsors, or partners.

Newsletter Subscription Data Processing

Scope of Processed Data
Information provided during the subscription to the newsletter (name, company name, e-mail address).

Purpose of Data Processing
Providing information about future conferences, similar events, training sessions, and job opportunities.

Legal Basis for Data Processing
Consent given during subscription, which can be withdrawn at any time.

Data Retention Period
Until consent is withdrawn. Unsubscribing can be done via the link in the emails or by contacting the Data Controller.

Data Processing for Raffles

Scope of Processed Data
Personal data provided during registration for a raffle (name, company, position, e-mail address).

Purpose of Data Processing
Managing participation in the draw and notifying winners.

Legal Basis for Data Processing
The processing is based on a contractual relationship created by participating in the contest.

Data Retention Period
Until the participant withdraws consent by contacting the Data Controller.

Sharing Data with Sponsors
The contact details of contest participants (name, company, job title, email) may be shared with conference sponsors and exhibitors.

Data Subject Rights

Right to Access
The data subject may request information through the contact details provided in point 1 concerning whether the processing of their personal data is in progress, and if such data processing is in progress, they are entitled to know the details of it.

Right to Rectification
The Data Subject may request the Data Controller to rectify inaccurate personal data relating to them through the contact details provided in point 1.

Right to Object
The Data Subject may object to the processing of their personal data if they consider that the controller is processing their personal data in a way that is incompatible with the purposes of this privacy notice, using the contact details provided in point 1.

Right to Erasure
The Data Subject may withdraw their previously given consent for data processing through the contact details provided in point 1, and the data controller is obliged to delete the personal data concerning the data subject without undue delay.
