In-Person Days Attendance Details

General Information

The first two days of the conference will primarily take place in person, while participants with online tickets will be able to follow the presentations via background livestream.

In-Person Attendance on Monday and Tuesday

To enter the venue, participants must present the QR code associated with their ticket either electronically or in printed form. Personalized QR codes will be sent via email to all registered participants before the start of the event. If the ticket containing the QR code does not arrive, we recommend checking your Spam folder first. If you still cannot find it, our hostesses at the venue will also be able to assist with entry; only your name and company name will be required.

Schedule

Registration opens at 08:00, and the professional program begins at 09:00. Guests wishing to attend from the very first presentation are kindly requested to arrive no later than 08:45. However we would like to inform you that the keynote presentation on Monday will be in Hungarian only. The English tracks are going to start at 10:30, we recommend you join us during the first coffee break from 10 a.m. This does not apply to Tuesday, as the program on the AI & ML Day starts with an English plenary talk.

Throughout the day, the program includes two coffee breaks and lunch in addition to the presentations, all of which are naturally included in the participation fee. For guests following special diets, we will also provide a dedicated “free-from corner.”

At the end of the conference day, a standing reception will be held, offering an opportunity to discuss the day’s experiences with speakers and fellow participants. Alcoholic beverages will also be served during the reception, so it may be worth leaving the car at home and arriving by public transport.

The detailed schedule is available here.

Online Attendance on Monday and Tuesday

Participants with an online ticket will be able to access the required Vimeo links through the conference’s primary communication platform, the Budapest Data+AI Forum 2026 Slack workspace. Slack invitations will also be sent to all participants to enable access to the platform.
