The Future of AI at Nokia
About the Session
As the AI/GenAI Domain Architect at Nokia, I work on turning AI use cases into scalable enterprise capabilities across an organization of 85,000 employees.
Operating at this scale requires more than model selection. It requires a practical shift in how we design, build, and deliver AI capabilities.
In this presentation, I will describe a framework for a modern AI Factory: an operating model for delivering both traditional AI and agentic AI across the enterprise with greater consistency, reuse, and speed.
I will explain how we approach build-versus-buy decisions and how we choose between low-code/no-code, pro-code, and hybrid delivery models based on speed, control, and long-term maintainability.
I will also discuss the organizational changes needed to support this model, including team structure, architectural governance, and lifecycle management, with the goal of enabling AI adoption across corporate functions in a scalable and sustainable way.
