DBT and data model based design & development
Even though dbt based code generation and automation are very good, still for large scale systems we have to model our data.
During the session we demonstrate the data modelling based design & development approach by starting with a data model, from which we generate dbt models and then from these models we generate the code “the usual way”.
In the presentation we also discuss the benefits, risks and usability of this approach.
