Registration

We will have 2 full conference days with keynote talks and multiple parallel sessions on Wednesday & Thursday (June 15th & 16th)  and a dedicated training day with in-depth workshops and tutorials on Tuesday (June 14th).

The registration fee includes coffee breaks and lunch, but do not include VAT (27%).

Discounts

For groups consist of 4 or more people, we offer a 25% discount from the Standard price, irrespective of the registration date. Please note that only one kind of discount could be applied to a ticket purchase.

Accomodation

If you need accommodation for your stay we can help you to book a room at the venue, the 4-star Hotel Mercure Buda for the following prices:

  • Single room – 66 EUR / night, including breakfast and taxes
  • Double room – 70 EUR / night, including breakfast and taxes

Cancellation Policy

The full registration fee is refundable until 30th April, 2015.
From 1st May to 31st May 50% of the registration fee is refundable.
After that unfortunately we can not give a refund, but the registrations are transferable.
